Chlorinated rubber enamel

Durability, strength and resistance are the parameters that characterize a good paint. We closed them all in a tin of Chloro-rubber Enamel.

 

Preparation of the surface for painting:

Prime metal surfaces with alkyd primer or chlorinated rubber primer. During renovation painting, remove old, flaking coating and traces of corrosion. Degrease the substrate and prime as above.

 

Application methods:

Hydrodynamic or pneumatic spraying, brush, roller.

 

Theoretical Coverage:

Approximately 12 - 14 m² / l with a single coat, depending on the preparation and choice of painting technique.

 

Preparation of the paint:

Before painting, the enamel should be mixed in its packaging and, if necessary, diluted with BATO's "chlorinated rubber thinner".

 

Drying time:

at 20 ° C and 65% relative air humidity

Stage 1 - 3 hours

Grade 3 - 8 hours

Time of complete drying of the coating: 3 days

 

Storage of paint:

The enamel should be stored at a temperature of 5 ° C-25 ° C, in tightly closed packages, protected from the sun.
